First Annual Mudrock’s “Not Too Fancy Fest”

To cap off American Beer Week, Mudrock’s Tap and Tavern in Louisville CO conducted the First Annual “Not Too Fancy Fest”. This was a celebration of over 50 great Colorado Craft Beers and included a roast pig and beef brisket, cuz nothing goes better with a delicious beer than freshly smoked meat and all the fixings. A $30 cover allowed the guests to taste as much beer as they wanted to sample and and enjoy a plate or two of delicious pig. In addition to the 44 beers offered on our draft system, 8 breweries set up pouring stations to offer 16 additional beers to the attendees. Huge thanks go out all of the breweries who supported Not Too Fancy Fest with groovy seasonal and limited time beers.

The event was a great success with everyone enjoying Colorado craft beer and cider (and pig). We inaugurated the newly rehabilitated tap system in The Sidebar that will allow us to do more cool beer events (did you miss our Winter Holiday and Valentine’s beer dinners?) and offer even more great beer when we can. Thanks to all of our attendees for making it a great day of tasting beer and having fun in the Springtime sun!!
